Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Match & Close, a business-to-business marketplace for licensed real-estate brokers operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By signing in you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a brokerage, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. Who may use the service
- Accounts are for licensed real-estate professionals and the brokerages that employ them. There is no self-service sign-up: you join by invitation from a company administrator or from us.
- You must give accurate registration details, including a valid BRN where your role requires one, and keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think it has been compromised.
2. Companies, roles and administrators
Every user except platform staff belongs to a company. Your company administrator can invite, disable and re-enable members, set roles, and reassign the listings and requests of a member who leaves. Data you create in the course of your work belongs to your company's workspace, not to you personally, and remains there if you leave.
3. What we are, and what we are not
- We are a software platform that helps brokers match client requirements against other brokers' inventory and manage the collaboration that follows.
- We are not a party to any transaction, we do not act as a broker or agent, and we take no commission on any deal.
- We do not verify listings, prices, ownership, availability, or the licence status of any user. Verify anything you rely on before you act on it.
- Any commission split, collaboration agreement or Form I signed between brokers is between those brokers. We record it; we do not enforce it.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the listings, requests, images and messages you upload. You grant us the licence we need to host, display and process them so the service works — including showing published items to other brokers.
- You warrant that you have the right to post what you post, including client details and property photographs, and that doing so does not breach any duty of confidentiality or any UAE law or RERA rule.
- Marking an item internal keeps it inside your company. Publishing it to the marketplace exposes the fields the platform is designed to expose. Do not upload anything you are not permitted to share.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post false, duplicate, expired or misleading inventory, or a listing you have no mandate for;
- scrape, bulk-export or resell other brokers' data, or use the platform to build a competing database;
- share your account, use another user's account, or misrepresent who you work for;
- probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass its access controls;
- use the service for anything unlawful, abusive or discriminatory.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, and we may remove content that does.
6. Credits
Some actions consume credits. Prices are shown in the app before you commit, are recorded on an append-only ledger you can inspect, and may change with notice. Credits carry no cash value, are not transferable outside your company, and are not refundable once spent on a completed action.
7. Third-party integrations
Optional integrations such as Google Calendar and Telegram are governed by their own providers' terms. Connecting one is your choice and you can disconnect it at any time from your profile. What we access through them, and how to revoke it, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we deploy updates during normal business operation. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for lost profit, lost deals, lost commission, loss of data, and any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask your company administrator to disable your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for non-payment. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and will flag material changes in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
